dance classes and performances. I represent that the above-named student is in good health and physically capable of participating in
classes, recitals, and performances. On behalf of myself (and the above named student if different than the undersigned), contractors arising
out of personal injury occurring in connection with classes, performances or recitals. I accept responsibility for obtaining the appropriate
accident, health, and hospitalization insurance to cover the student in the event of personal injury. In the event of an injury or other medical
emergency, if I cannot be reached, I authorize you to seek any medical assistance reasonably I consent to the taking of photographs during
classes and SNS events, and further consent to the use of these photos in the SNS newsletter, in SNS advertisements as well as posting on
social media in connection with SNS. I understand that all the paid fees are nonrefundable & students need to complete 4 classes or 4
hours at least in a month. All missed classes can be rescheduled in that particular or the following week. I also acknowledge receipt of, and
with my signature below, agree and consent to the SNS Pay System.
Payment shall be made in advance for the subscription/products and services.
We reserve the right to change the prices at anytime.
We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching to the account due to user quoting incorrect account number or incorrect personal details or any such faults. We shall not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the net banking system/credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
In no event, we shall be liable for any loss, damages, compensation whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site or its contents, any websites/social pages linked to this site.
The price to be paid for your subscription/purchase will be made clear to you on the order pages or otherwise during the purchase process and may vary from time to time. You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time you purchase your subscription together with any processing or other associated fees charged by the issuing bank/payment provider. Eligibility for any discounts if applicable is ascertained at the time you subscribe and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription. All payments from outside India must be made in US Dollars. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use those payment details for the same purpose.
Buyer understands that once purchase price has been delivered and the securities issued, there is no rescission of this agreement and no return or refund will be made. Product once purchased cannot be exchanged.
